Recent CakeTalking Media Coverage

December 4, 2010

One of my gigs involves training blind people that have worked, or are planning to work, in music production, radio, and other audio-related fields. Frequently, I train them to use a system called CakeTalking, a product of Dancing Dots. CakeTalking is a system that enables spoken feedback while using the Sonar DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) software produced by Cakewalk.

Here is an article featuring a guy that I recently worked with in Port Townsend Washington.

If you’ve never seen or heard this software operate, check out this article. It includes video featuring Raul Midon, another Dancing Dots customer that I’ve had the pleasure of assisting. The video shows Raul using Sonar and CakeTalking to work on his most recent album.
